You can order the right size for you. To do this, please send an e-mail request to info@luugid.ee. Hatches to individual sizes are made on 100% prepayment. Production and delivery time: 1-2 months from the moment of prepayment.

Installation questions

How many mm can the tiles protrude beyond the door dimensions?

The glued tiles may extend no more than 50 mm beyond the door dimensions on the hinge side and 5 to 75 mm on the other sides. The area of the tiles glued on the door must be at least 50%.

Can a tile hatch be installed in the floor/ceiling?

No, the design of these models is intended for installation in vertical walls only.

Is it possible to install the hatch under tile horizontally so that the doors open up/down?

No, the hinge of the tile hatch must be positioned strictly vertically to avoid damage to the tile below the opening when opening. Also for safety reasons: a hatch whose hinge mechanism is horizontal may open unintentionally.

Can a hatch be installed in the corner of a wall?

Tile hatches can be installed close to the corner of the wall, with the side opposite the hinge. It is preferable to open the door from the inner corner so that the tiles on the hatch door do not touch the tiles on the perpendicular wall during opening.

Is it possible to install a full-width hatch in the wall?

Not recommended. When opening the hatch, the door may go slightly to the left/right, which may damage the tiles.

How does the return of product take place?

It is necessary to contact us: call or write an e-mail.

In what cases can we refuse to accept a product back?

The goods are damaged, painted, stained, stained, broken elements or the hatch structure is broken.

Refund procedure

When returning or exchanging the goods, you inform us of your intention by e-mail or by phone. After agreement with us you bring the purchased goods or we collect them from you ourselves (courier for replacement or return is paid). Transportation costs of the returned goods are fully on the buyer.

When returning (exchanging) substandard product, the buyer is obliged to provide the substandard product in its complete set.
