Hatch «Architect» is designed for installation in the wall. It is used for interior decoration of premises. The hatch is suitable for facing with ceramic tiles, mosaics, artificial and natural stone, as well as other finishing materials. The hatch provides easy and convenient access to hidden utilities located behind the wall (electrical, plumbing, etc.), if necessary to revise or repair them.
Advantages of the construction
- Made of aluminum profile.
- The hatch opens by pressing on the hatch door from the hinge side.
- The hatch door can be adjusted vertically with a 6 mm hexagonal key.
- The hatch door opens 180 degrees by means of a double-link hinge, which ensures frontal opening of the hatch door.
- Rubber seal around the perimeter of the hatch will protect the room in which the hatch is installed from moisture, dust and excessive noise.
Technical recommendations
- At least 60% of the tile area should be glued on the hatch door.
- In order to avoid possible chipping, the tiles should not exceed 4 cm beyond the hatch door.
- It is advisable to periodically treat the hinge and lock elements with petroleum-based oil. This will increase the service life of the product.

1- 3. Place the hatch in the prepared opening.
Do not remove the transport stopper from the pressure mechanism. This will make it easier to mount the facing material on the hatch door.
4. Adjust the position of the hatch to the construction level.
5. Open the hatch door and secure the hatch with the dowels or anchors in the aperture so that the hatch door is on the same plane as the wall.
6. Close the hatch and glue a tile on his door. (Attention! Do not exceed the permissible mass of the facing materials mounted on the hatch door as specified in the technical characteristics). Rub the interstitial seams, except the stitches around the perimeter of the hatch door.
• After drying the tile glue, open the hatch with a suction cup (if the surface of the facing material is smooth) or a spatula
• Remove the transport stopper from the lock if you want the hatch to open by pressing it.
• Remove the glue residue that may interfere with the operation of the hatch and close it.
7. Silicone sealant, in the color of grout, fill the seam around the perimeter of the door.
8. After drying, cut the seam at 45 degrees with a paint knife.
