FEATURES OF THE FLOOR HATCH “COMFORT”.
A special rectangular aluminum profile is used, hollow inside.
The special profile in combination with the galvanized steel bottom makes the hatch extremely strong. For example, the hatch size 600x600mm. can withstand a load of 2510kg!
In this hatch, tiles can be laid on top of the aluminum profile. Thus, the contour of the hatch will be hidden under the tiles and the hatch will be completely invisible.
The height (thickness) of the hatch is only 30mm.
Sealing tape around the entire perimeter of the hatch prevents the entry of moisture, odors, dirt and dust.
The hatch is opened by means of a handle screwed into a hole in the hatch cover.
The minimum size of the hatch is 300x300mm. Maximum size 1000x1000mm.
The hatch comes with detailed installation instructions.

- Mark out the hatch outline to its exact dimensions.
- Prepare the base by laying a layer of cement mortar around the marked perimeter.
- Place the hatch on the base, align it with the opening edges and level it horizontally.
- Fix the hatch in position with a layer of cement mortar applied all around the perimeter.
- Pour the floor and the hatch cover with screed, leaving a gap from the hatch edge for the final finish.
- After all work is finished, make sure no finishing material has entered the gap between the frame and the hatch cover.
