Diamond drill DDR-V 06x30xM14 Keramik Pro

Distar Keramik Pro core drills are diamond drills for high-speed drilling of all types of ceramic, porcelain stoneware tiles.

Sizes range from 6mm to 120mm in diameter, M14 thread for angle grinders. The average speed for drilling 10 mm thick porcelain stoneware tiles using an angle grinder is 7 seconds (5-15 seconds, depending on tile hardness). Durability 5-70 holes. Recommended drilling speed when using an angle grinder is 8000-11000 rpm.

It is possible to drill both dry and wet. It is important not to overheat the core drills during drilling in order not to damage them, therefore we recommend cooling with water, wax or a special gel.

Start drilling with the core drill at an angle until it cuts into the tile, and then gradually bring it to a vertical position. Do not press hard.
